By using the Artchemy Labs website (artchemylabs.com) or any of our Discord bots (DodgeRoll, CodeClaimer, and future products), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
What We Provide
Artchemy Labs provides Discord bots and digital tools free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our bots or website to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with our bots
- Use our bots for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to remove our bots from any server that violates these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on artchemylabs.com — including the site design, copy, bot names, logos, and the Artchemy Labs signature mark — is owned by Artchemy Labs LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding or content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bot downtime, data loss, or unexpected behavior may occur — we are not liable for any consequences.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artchemy Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything.
Third-Party Services
Our bots and website interact with third-party platforms including Discord, Top.gg, Ko-fi, and Google Fonts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions or content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
