Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website artchemylabs.com (the "Site") and the Discord applications DodgeRoll, CodeClaimer, HotDrop, Hootloot, and any future Artchemy Labs products (collectively, the "Bots"), all operated by Artchemy Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By adding a Bot to your Discord server, interacting with a Bot, or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (currently 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher) to use our Bots. If you are using a Bot on behalf of a Discord server, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to bind that server's members to these Terms.
What We Provide
Artchemy Labs provides Discord bots and related digital tools. Core features are provided free of charge. We may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases ("Premium Features") at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature — free or paid — at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to paid features.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Where Premium Features are offered, payment is processed through Discord's native monetization platform (Discord App Subscriptions) or a third-party processor such as Ko-fi. By purchasing a Premium Feature, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms in addition to these Terms.
- Billing: Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling through the platform you subscribed on (e.g. Discord's subscription management) before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policy of the platform you paid through (Discord or Ko-fi). We do not directly process refunds outside of those platforms, but you may also contact us via our support server and we will assist in good faith where appropriate.
- Entitlement changes: If a Premium Feature is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where feasible, a pro-rated refund or equivalent value through the original payment platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Bots or Site to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy
- Harass, abuse, defraud, or harm other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, abuse rate limits, or interfere with the operation of our Bots
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any payment or entitlement system tied to Premium Features
- Use our Bots for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to remove a Bot from any server, revoke access to Premium Features, or restrict any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without refund where the violation involves fraud or abuse.
Intellectual Property
All content on artchemylabs.com and within the Bots — including design, copy, bot names, logos, prompt and content libraries, and the Artchemy Labs signature mark — is owned by Artchemy Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use our branding, code, or content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Bots will be free of errors or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artchemy Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of data, server disruption, or lost profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $25 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artchemy Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Bots or Site.
Third-Party Services
Our Bots and Site interact with third-party platforms including Discord, Top.gg, Ko-fi, and Google Fonts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions, availability, or content.
Termination
You may stop using our Bots at any time by removing them from your server. We may suspend or terminate your access to any Bot or Premium Feature at our discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations, abuse, or fraud.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products and legal obligations evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
