HotPlain-language summary: HotDrop is a free deal-alert bot provided as-is. Use it in good faith, don't abuse it, and understand that deals come from third-party sources we don't control.
1. Agreement
By adding or using HotDrop (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Artchemy Labs LLC ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service.
2. What HotDrop does
HotDrop monitors third-party deal-aggregator feeds and notifies you when a listing matches keywords you provide. It is an alerting tool. It does not sell products, process purchases, or guarantee that any deal is accurate, in stock, still available, or correctly priced.
3. Third-party deals and links
Deals surface from independent sources (Slickdeals, IsThereAnyDeal, and others) and link out to third-party retailers. We don't control those sources or retailers, their pricing, their availability, or their content. Any transaction you make is solely between you and that retailer. Verify every deal before you act on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service; use it to violate Discord's rules or any law; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the Service; or automate interactions in a way that degrades it for others. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access for any account or server that does.
5. Free service and HotDrop+
HotDrop's core features are free. HotDrop+ is an optional paid upgrade that raises your keyword slot count and removes the daily alert cap. All billing for HotDrop+ is handled by Discord under Discord's terms; we don't process or store your payment details. Refunds and cancellations follow Discord's policies.
6. Availability
We aim to keep HotDrop running reliably, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uptime, delivery of every matching deal, or that alerts arrive within any particular time. Source outages, rate limits, Discord issues, or maintenance may interrupt the Service.
7. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use HotDrop and act on its alerts at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artchemy Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed deal, an inaccurate deal, a purchase you made, or an interruption of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the prior twelve months (which, for free use, is zero).
9. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, or remove features — including sources, commands, and plan limits — at any time. We may also discontinue the Service. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version of these Terms; material changes will be noted there.
10. Termination
You can stop using HotDrop at any time by removing it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
